Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Bertram was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
