Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mormo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mormo. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker mother left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Chaedi was born the youngest of three triplets. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
