History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Ur-Lisak was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Junk Dealer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Agatha has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep
