Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears long strands of topaz and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a very tight haircut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Description: He stands about 3'7" and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a very tight haircut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Igden is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. She keeps her gold crest in a pixie cut. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker black hat.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Sculptor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears white trousers with green and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others
