She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Barakas has worked very hard to control his curse. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Nalral was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nalral's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
