Personality: Verna wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Eldeth was born the youngest of three triplets. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Eldeth and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by her family; and regain custody of her daughter

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
