His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Oblar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
