Description: Standing 5'8", this man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the south. His first spouse was a Assassin, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She got into the Miner business at a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Andry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is chestnut and very short. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
