Description: This man is very fat, and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blue hair is long and unkept. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Abad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Abad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and she perpetually has her pickaxe ready. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Ekk learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has worked as a Detective like her mother before her.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. His crest is cut close to his head. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mehen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Mehen hails from a village terrorized by orcs. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His cinnamon fur is heavily combed to the right. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son
