Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She dresses like a well dressed Beggar does. Her hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Helgret learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Beggar for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Shipwright again; and balancing her hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black vest and prefers brown and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Damakos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
