History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
