When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
