History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Therai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Bather father left her crippled. She has worked as a Miller like her father before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and to be a bather again
