History: He was born in a small forest village. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the west

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Abad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Enidda grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital.
