History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He became a Mortician soon after.

Personality: Beiro is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Meriele was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After months of barely getting by, Meriele managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
