History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Akmen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: 5'1" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
