History: Born in the north to a Courier, Balifra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He takes great joy in being the best Servant in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Aym was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and someone believes her a fraud
