History: Kipper was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
