Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She is portly but not overly obese. She has brass crest. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Zykroff is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want her driven away

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy green crest. She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available she will default to her halberd. She has a hunchback. She has styled her green crest well, parting it to the left. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: An older man who wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his axe, he is not a threatening figure. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Nykkan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nykkan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she's repulsed by the pc
