History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. Halander was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. After a long history of fighting, Halander and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Hadwisa took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and he has money and likes to spend it
