History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gifted student she started as a Ruler, but she got bored and became a Slave Trader. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sammal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sammal. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Sammal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
