Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length brown hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Merla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Description: This man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shedinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
