Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His golden hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Tabaxi compassion; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: He is a Interpreter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Through the years after Harriet was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Harriet's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
