History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Serpent alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'7" when asserting himself. His gold crest is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Vlorn hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: She wears professional attire, and carries sickles. Her red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Banker but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is content
