History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Birel was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.
