Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Weaver mother left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is greedy
