History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Râsh was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Junk Dealer. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
