Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: John is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder father left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and he perpetually has his whip ready. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and green handkerchief worn on her right side. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are blue.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she is greedy

Description: He is a husky man, who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His brass crest is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult
