Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Horza hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Horza was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Horza's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mayor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.
