Description: This tall, slender woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lavinia will drive conversation. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Lavinia is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Lavinia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
