History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Anne was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Anne's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Shifting was born with his father's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
