Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His black crest is greasy and uncared for. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gargax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Valida lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red fur. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a hunchback. His red fur is knotted and matted. His eyes are yellow and beady.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
