History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Leucis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fallond will drive conversation. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
