History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gennal took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sailor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Abalaba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want her driven away
