History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. One day when Kyle was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kyle was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has taken up work as a Healer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Scribe soon after.

History: She got into the Sage business at a young age. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.
