One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 3'0" and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Portia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she desires power and/or immortality
