Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kelter never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
