Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is dark but she possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. She is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her hair is short and red. Her eyes are violet.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nyx grew up listening to her father's many stories. Nyx abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is brown and very short. His eyes are likewise white. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is typically in his Animal Trainer uniform. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Animal Trainer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and expand his business

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She likes to wear red tank tops with black skirt. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sarai does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sarai lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Sarai reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
