History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Paymon began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Seraphina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she feels threatened by others
