History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. A true patriot, Phelaia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Phelaia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
