History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Kelter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. Recently the stress of being a Healer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
