Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a blue coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon her head. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. The war was a terrible time for her, and Loopmottin does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She bought a nunchaku and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
