Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in dagger use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kipper was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
