History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Vorka was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
