Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her nunchaku, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Vepar took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Kite and her spouse have recently divorced.
