History: Emerald hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Knight. He became a Knight soon after.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. He wears his silver hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Druuk lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Courier does. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Gerbo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Fortune-teller, but he got bored and became a Courier. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again; and expand his business
