History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Artin was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ploughman. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Liftrasa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody.
