History: Edge was born with her mother's beautiful face. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She tends to her Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her chestnut hair is knotted and matted. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: Ovina wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ovina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ovina. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jelenneth will drive conversation. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Elysande hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
