Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hecat isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hecat studied abroad. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Jaxi was born with her father's beautiful face. A gifted student she started as a Banker, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and wants a kiss
