She found a children's book about a Halfling Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hecat fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
